K Park Engineering provides extensive structural designs and analysis for any types of structures. This includes: concrete masonry, structural steel, reinforced concrete, and wood structures. We deliver structural drawings and specifications from the schematic design phase to the construction design phase and provide construction administration services which include the review/response process for submittals and RFIs and structural on-site observations.

Structural Retrofits & Consulting

Retrofitting often comes as a big challenge for many firms. Due to its nature, retrofitting requires lots of coordination from unforeseeable and unknown issues that may arise during the project. However, at K Park Engineering, our experience and expertise in retrofitting will offer the best solutions for our clients to achieve their goals. We analyze the integrity of existing buildings for the retrofits and provide cost effective structural designs for our clients

K Park Engineering is available for any of your project needs wherever it may be. We have provided our on-site structural assessments and investigations over hundreds of buildings. Kyle Kibum Park, P.E, S.E.

Registered Professional Engineer

Kyle is the Founder and Director of K Park Engineering LLC. Kyle's love and fascination for buildings and structures came as a young boy as he grew up in South Korea. His admiration for structures then brought him to the U.S as he was eager to broaden his perspective and experience. While in the U.S, Kyle then pursued his bachelor's and master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. He graduated with highest honor at GA Tech and has gained extensive experience in structural engineering. His expertise includes the structural design of structural steel, concrete masonry, reinforced concrete, and wood structures.

Prior to starting the K Park Engineering firm, Kyle worked for consulting firms that specialized in private and federal government sectors for over 10 years. With his broad range of experiences, Kyle wanted to help people more directly and individualistically. Foremost, Kyle saw the need for clients to have prompt and personalized consulting that also prioritized the safety of structures. Those 3 "P's" became the foundation for K Park Engineering.
