K Park Engineering provided a structural design for LG Electronics UT Building Renovation.
Representing LG’s first washing machine plant in the United States, the highly advanced, 1 million-square-foot facility produces front- and top-loading washing machines on a 310-acre site. The UT building which is approximately 30,000 square-foot facility was renovated.
The structure utilized structural steel column, steel roof truss, and reinforced concrete mat foundation.
