K Park Engineering provided a structural design for tenant improvement and renovation for Simwon North America Corp. in the Plumb Creek Development center building 3.

Simwon North America Corp., an automotive body manufacturing company with an indirect link to Tesla's California operations, moved into the 500,000 square feet plum creek development center in Kyle, Texas. The project included all structural modification to the existing building and new platforms for car body manufacturing equipment for the new tenant
